suprise2, i've finished my degree! InsyaAllah. depends on my result this semester.
and i'm looking for a real job now. anyone needs a fresh graduate Quantity Surveyor please do contact me. or atleast inform me so i can apply. lol.
i'm in dilemma whether to work with QS firm, developer, contractor or government? haih. even thinking about this makes me headache. kelak lah pk.

actually, my friends are coming to kuching this afternoon! wihuu! mok bersukaria lok. then baruk crik keja. :D

currently at home, i'm stuck with watching channel 391 & 393. korea semata2. haha. variety show di mana2 ok. mok gila rasanya. but sadly, 2PM jarang gilak kua tv. bz gilak di Japan kali. huhu.

happy new year dear peeps! i've been neglecting this blog for a quite a while now. so don't bother about the late new year greetings. :)

i am currently and officially falling in love with the korean reality show; We Got Married (WGM). esp the YongSeo couple. the guy is YongHwa from CN Blue & SeoHyun from Girls Generation. zuliyana & azlyanie are the one who should be blamed for introducing me to this addictive show in our last semester that surely had given us the nerves before it even started. *aigoo

well, this is what Wikipedia describes WGM: 'the show pairs up Korean celebrities to show what life would be like if they were married. Each week, couples are assigned missions to complete, with candid interviews of the participants to reveal their thoughts and feelings.'

girls should watch this, no. i laughed my ass off & they've got so many cute and sweet moments caught on camera. aww, i'm lovin it. :))

yeay Malaysia! we won our first ever AFF Suzuki Cup! thanx to the Malaysian players, the coach, the supporters and the goalkeeper. (photo)

kau nang hebat, macam segala benda dapat ditangkis. i noticed that when Malaysia played against Vietnam in the semis.

and tonight he proved it again by saving a penalty kick by Bambang Pamungkas. (eh i'm not sure if it was Bambang who got the penalty kick)

unfortunately gawang Malaysia bolos juak 2 kali towards the end of the match. tp xhal lah. still the cup is ours. :)

the Indonesian looked so frustrated during the price giving ceremony. most probably because the would never expect to lost out to Malaysia because they've beaten Malaysia 5-1 in the group match previously.

and not forgetting the key to Malaysia's victory, the top scorer of the match, Safee Sali who scored 3 out of 4 goals for Malaysia to beat Indonesia.

once again, CONGRATULATIONS!

a few days ago, me, my mum and the brothers went to Pusat Ko-q Santubong where my mum works. there, they have bicycles, kayak, and some obstacles activities. that afternoon, my mum offered us to take a ride on the bicycle to the beach. the beach was nice & clean. it feels so peaceful with the kampung scenery, the windy weather and the smell of the ocean makes everything perfect. these are the photos from the small and unplanned trip. :)

someone once told me, 'hey, u deserve someone better than him.' and i was like why? u barely even know him that time. only because i have better results or i have fairer skin than he is or i look like a girl next door so i should find a guy like one too? none of those are important because in the end, it is still me that cause problems between us. he got this superb patience that might surprise anyone in the world. apart of all my mistakes and stubbornness, he still chooses me and make things work for us. we may not know if we were meant for each other but we are hoping for that. lets just let the Almighty decide. if we were meant to be, then we are meant to be. Insya Allah.

we have different interests, different way of life, different beliefs, different perceptions and that's what make you & me. and i love you for that.

i've been living in silence these few days. my internet connection has been stopped due to my unpaid broadband bills. now that the internet thang is settled but still it disappoints me. though it sucks having slow connection, i'm thankful for at least i can surf the net to keep myself updated with facebook, tumblr, blog and the most important is to find those information i crucially need for my thesis. isn't that a redundant there? ah bialah. my english is bad i know. right now i'm just too lazy to think about study. homeworks. and THESIS. i've been thinking to further my masters but not immediately after finishing my degree. maybe after a few years of working. i planned lah. mun dah polah tesis degree pun dah kedak tok. i wonder how my master would be. -_-'

ok, finish of mumbling about education thingy.

last nite, WE had a fight. maybe its not a fight. it was a heavy conversation about the relationship and so on. the ups and downs in the relationship is killing me. maybe him too. i know most of the quarreling starts from me. i'm the biggest problem here. its just my attitude. he's having his hard time. and i don't even understand. no,i do understand. but i'm just too ego to admit it. :( we discussed everything and he asked me not to cry and end what we have right now. take this as one way to fix the relationship. oh guys. no wonder talak dipegang oleh lelaki. girls get too emotional sometimes. like me. and after a few 2 to 3 pages of texts, we ended up smiling and text normal things. i'm thankful for that. and i promise to reduce my ego. be mature and more understanding. i hope we can make it through thick and thin. :)

p/s: i may look mature but looking mature is not enough to handle life. painful life.

but i noticed koo kien kiat is very mature now.compared to last time i watched sudirman cup. they lost to caiyun- fuhaifeng of china. a very tough game.tougher than last night's. after the game, KKK refused to salam2. nya cam bengang lah kali. very immature. but now, losing doesn't affect him much. probably it does but he can control it. last night he looked disappointed but he can still smile and hug the opponent. awww.sukaa~

pagi raya ya bgn awal sbb smgt mok pegi smayang raya for the first time kt msjid. kak smyg tek ingt ada makan2 tp xda duhal.so me n shidah head back to KRP tp trnampak salhan ngn epul di tepi masjid.then bertego2 sapa n daknya ajak makan.tp ofcoz xda kedey yg bukak so daknya ajak pegi mcd.tp mkorg xda duit.tp ekot juak lah tek.pegi dgn kak nana.then kak nana pdah ny ada mkcik kt jb n mkcik nya ajak pegi rumah.so xpelu makan mcd tp salhan dh bli.so kongsi jak ngn nya.heh.salhan bait.

pasya tek dpt miskol dr haris.(time tok gk maseh d perkarangan msjid) kakya kol blit xjuak dapat2. last2 tek alu msg jak.haris ajak begamba duhal.alu tek temu lah izzat,nik,lan suma.kakya begamba la mkorg make hnset sebastian bem2.rasanya lah.bage raya rah perantauan la tek.pasya tek alu ajak izat makan mcd sekali.

Oleh itu, kerjakanlah sembahyang kerana Tuhanmu semata-mata, dan sembelihlah korban (sebagai bersyukur). Sesungguhnya orang yang bencikan engkau, Dia lah yang terputus (dari mendapat sebarang perkara yang diingininya)” (al-Kauthar: 1-3).

1. my name is mila asiqin binti bolhassan. my friends call me mila.families call me along.n my brothers call me kakak. last time when i was a little girl, i didn't like my name.why mila? why didn't i have nur in front of my name like other girls? it changed when i went to a clinic with my parents where i saw a list of patients named mila.quite a long list they had.from that time on, i know mila is never a weird name. it is unique. and it is special. thank you mama and ayah. :)

2. i was born and raised in Kuching, Sarawak. to be specific, in Kpg Stapok, Batu Kawa. i initially thought my kampong was famous because of the bad guys and bad things there. paduhal tek xda pun org tauk.haha..it's not that i hate my own kpg but trust me, melayu pun dh xkedak melayu.u know what i mean. sigh.

3. my previous schools are SK Catholic English and SM Sains Kuching. my primary school was not much to talk about but i still remembered my bestfriends. athira, yyv, imelda, agnes, adriana, maria, phyliscia. but now, we never met after primary school's over because i went to different school. now, we reconnect thrrough facebook and everyone change. but we still remember each other. and that's what matters.

my high school had the best memories ever! i met my soulmates ( firus, aina ,siti, zizah, isma). and i love them.

4. my family: ayah; Bolhassan bin Mustapah. mama; Rosana bt Ann. brothers; Noor Aliff (17) & Noor Asriq (14). even my brothers have noor in front of their name.haha. i have a big, loud and great family. i'll do whatever it takes for the sake of my family.i will.trust me. so don't mess with them. :)

5. besties: aina, azizah, firus, isma, siti. we're friends since high school and we did everything together back then. luckily we're still in touched eventhough we seldom meet each other. especially jijot who's in NY now. cool huh? leh jumpa gossip girl casts. LOL.

6. utm girls: yanie, juju, yana, mijao, shidah, mimi. we are the SEVEN UP. heheh. we go to class together, doing assignments together, go to meranti together, shopping together and i hope we will graduate together too. every one of us is from different state minus the sarawakian lah. i sayang them sooo much! nnti datang srwak tauuuu

7. the boyfriend; mohd izwan bin ruslan. he's shy, he's funny, he's kind, he's javanese, he's adorable, he's independent, he's caring, he has great smile, he accepts me, he's someone i can rely on and the most important thing is he loves me. n never will i use past tense for the word love. insyaAllah. it is too early to say he's my soulmate but really am hoping for it. :)

8. my appearance. i have big bones. like sgt besa eh. my bahu is wide. i have this tulang2 tersembul under my neck. i have ~~big~~ huge fingers. and my ring sized 14. (jari manis). my face is big macam tapak seperah my mom said. tapak seperah is actually pinggan bah.heh. and i have pimples all over my face. msti org gelik ngga. lol. and i have sepet eyes. yeah, due to chinese blood in my family. ermm. what else oh? i am not pretty but still i'm proud to be myself.

9. i was fat back in high school. i weigh 55kg. or somewhat heavier than that. before i went to utm, i weigh 54kg. haha!then suddenly in 3rd semester, i become thinner than ever. xdalah pe kurus nmpk tulang tp nang berbeda. org padah lah. i never realised that until i found out i weigh 48kg. hmm. xdala jaoh ne trun. but they said i look very skinny! i freaked out sometimes because i eat a lot you know. tp mgkin dah rezeki nk krus. ne nk molah. but now, i'm starting to become gemok again. wahaha. gemok= bahagia. love it.

10. i love eating! so much! i eat everything tolak batu kayu and benda haram. heh. but i prefer less nasik+ byk lauk. nyam3.

11. i love mcD. i love the fries. i love the burgers. i love the ayam goreng. i love the bubur. i love the ice creams. nyaman eh mcD! sapa ndak polah resipi nya kah? mok blaja eh! haha.

12. i'm a veryyyyyyyyyyy lazy person. like hell lazy. xtauk eh.nang pemalas sejak azali. malas mengemas. malas menyapu. malas bergerak mun dah duduk. malas nak g jamban walaupun rasa mok kemeh. malas makan ubat wpun demam. malas belajar wpun exam dah dekat. like almost everything mesti ada perkataan MALAS ya terselit. macam contoh:
a) juh g makan. tp MALAS eh nak bejalan pegi meranti.
b) xda duit eh. tp MALAS mok mintak ngn mak. yerr. ngeso bait. haha.

13. i cried so easy when i watch sad movies. but alone. i don't like watching sad movies rami2. mengganggu my feeling. yerr. i'll cried extra++ during PMS. gosh. i'm super sensitive. hate that.

14. i can watch movies i love for 2 or 3 times. or make it 5. lol.sdgkan movies yg xbrapa suka leh tgga 2 kali. apa lagik mun suka.heh. fav movies of all time: dear john (3 times). mimpi moon, 3 or 4 times (yeah, i'm a weirdo). my name is khan (2). kabhi khushi kabhi gham (4 or 5). seasons change (everytime it is on tv so countless. heh). kal hoo naa ho (4). a millionaire's first love (4).

15. i love cooking!i prefer dishes than cakes. yalah, ppl nowadays sebok buat cupcake. i have no interest lah. makanan smenanjung and srwak is different. so it is good to introduce new dishes to my family. i've cooked paprik, begedil and apa gik kah i don't remember. just now i learned how to make air asam for ikan bakar. probably i'll try this one next holiday. hehee excited!

this morning was the mock interview for the short course: how to get yourself employed

it was fun!at first, all of us were like nervous tahap x cakap lah.jantung rasa mcm nk meletup sbb terlalu nervous.haish.

we were assigned in a group of three.and i am in the same group with kak nik and dyana.

that was my first interview experience u know. like nang first in 20 years.wow.

nasiblah the interviewers are our own lecturers. encik mail n dr kerun. :)

both of them look serious but actually in the room, they are very friendly.and cute.bcoz they are pretending like they own a firm to hire us. haha.

em mesti ssh nk paham nak.

act sidak ya tek mcm belakon la.masa tnyk2 soalan pun ng snyum2 jak. kononnya ada anak syrikat byk la. hanta staff pg cambodia la.china la.as if they own a big firm.haha.so funny.

and the most important thing is they taught us how the answer should be. and explaining how the scenario would be during the interview and in the industry itself. poor me, kenak tego sbb goyang2 kerusi masa interview.haha!sapa suruh brik krusi ada tayar. xpande duduk renah. tp yg plg xleh blah is when encik mail asked who is the menteri kerja raya? and we were like uhh..emmm..errr.. HAHA.sedangkan yalah menteri yg plg pnting bg field QS.haish.

i saw the new menteri in the newspaper about 2 days ago but i didn't remember his name but i remember his face.ah,rasa cam ralat gler.haih.but still, it was a great experience. thanx to FAB. thanx to kak tim. thanx to everyone involved and thanx to encik mail and dr kerun. they taught us a lot. :)

it's my 20th birthday.yay!

last time when i was a little girl, birthday means so much. having birthday party.presents.cake.it's a must.
but nowadays,birthday is just a date.as long as people remember,people wish.then that's enough.

anyways,my friends and i celebrated a small yet meaningful 'party' at Secret Recipe, JJ Tman U.

i've been away to china from 22nd till 29th of september for our Global Outreach Programme (GOP) for my faculty.
we just arrived on wednesday morning at changi airport, singapore.
we spent 5 days in shenzhen and the last 2 days in guangzhou.
we've been to many beautiful places and one that really caught my attention is the shenzhen museum.

i have a story to share.
it's not a new issue but to ppl i know,it's rare.
my cousin's fren aka tipah bkn nama sebenar has a boyfren or soon-to-be husband, a sabah citizen.
tipah's dad is a police officer and so is the guy.
i assumed they first met each other thru tipah's father.i think so lah.
they had registered for marriage at the end of this month.
but the sooner it gets to the marriage, the guy seems to show his fierceness.(tah btol x bhasa)
they got into a fight; the guy tarik rambut and slap her on her face.

from that on,she broke up with the guy.

wow,it has been quite a period since my last post.
i've been busy.and my internet is slow too.
today; 25th June 2010 is my last day of practical.
excited but still i'll miss the ppl there esp.

everyone is crazy about world cup rite now but i didn't feel a thing.
football is totally not my interest lah.

okay,this is not the main topic actually.
all this while,i've been doing my practical at JKR n i've been dealing with many contractors.
meaning that i serve them when they came to get the tender.
the other day,i went to open the tenders submitted by the contractors and list out their estimates.
n i feel pity to some of them.
u noe why?
bcause some of them came from far away from kuching to buy tender but somehow they did bad in estimating.

my advise to those who will be involved in this industry:

1) hire a good qs please.so that u can get the best n almost accurate estimate.

2) submit early! or on time please. this is important u know.or else u r not getting any.

3) fill in the blanks correctly and every parts that u need to.

4) remember your class.that can guide u for good estimates.

i think dats all i can say as others are P & C.
kawan2 bakal contractor, pertimbangkanlah my advise. :)

tanggal 21 mei 2010 yang lepas,keputusan untuk semester ke-4 saya telah pun diumumkan.
keputusan agak mengejutkan namun bersyukur walaupun pointer menurun berbanding sem lepas.
subjek 4 kredit saya telah m'spoilkan keseluruhan result tapi alhamdulillah,tidak jauh larinya. (bunyi macam pelik)

saya tau bahasa melayu saya agak merepek dan mendapat B3 dalam spm tetapi saya cuba juga untuk menulis kerana saya konfius atau keliru hendak menggunakan bahasa yang mana satu memandangkan saya mempunyai sahabat2 dari semenanjung dan sarawak.jadi lebih baik saya menggunakan bahasa baku kerana otak saya tidak berfungsi untuk berbahasa inggeris.

alamak,sudah menjadi satu artikel yang panjang tapi tidak mengapa kerana anda boleh skip sekiranya tidak berminat.

seterusnya, saya ingin menceritakan pengalaman saya semasa latihan industri.
saya telah bertugas di kaunter tender dan ternyata di situ adalah tempat paling menyeronokkan kerana kita boleh melihat situasi sebenar kontraktor2 yang datang untuk membeli tender.
saya menguruskan pembayaran untuk dokumen deposit dan fee serta memeriksa sijil2 kontraktor.
atau dgn kata lain,fotostat sijil2 mereka. :D
praktikal di JKR membuatkan saya tergerak hati untuk bekerja di sini suatu masa nanti.
ini kerana suasana yang mesra dan kerana tidak perlu membuat taking-off walaupun sebenarnya saya agak menyukai subjek tersebut.
maka,saya juga tidak tahu alasan sebenar mengapa saya ingin bekerja di situ.
tetapi, doakan semoga saya berjaya. Amin. :)

satu lagi perkara yang merisaukan saya adalah laporan2 dan eca2 saya yang tidak siap lagi.
minggu ke-6 bakal tiba.saya mesti memupuk sifat kerajinan di dalam diri saya secepat mungkin.

it is a movie of all time.

a heart-warming story about a man who suffers a disease (i forgot the name)

but clearly shah rukh khan (the greatest bolly's hero ever) plays a great role of the character,rizvan khan.

i must say this movie will touch everyone's heart as i cried from the bginning till the end. lol

it is a heavy movie about a Muslim who wanted to show that he is not guilty and being a Muslim does not mean he is a terrorist.

the story revolves on 11/9 incident few years back.

oh, no idea to keep on summarizing the story.

just watch it.

such a beautiful story.

n btw, cita ya xda belagu2 menari2 kedak cta industan biasa. haha

my ayah is 48 this year and he has no sign of quitting. *sigh*

let me recall something.

last year, it was our Grads Dinner and it turned out quite well but not for me. :(

i mean relationship-ly in bad condition.

we didn't met at all.

penat je pakai cantek2.haihhh

but different this year.

we went on a date by bus.

yeah, B.U.S,haha~

the reasons why we decided to ride on a bus;

1. kalo naek moto, takut ujan.

2. kalo sewa keta, mahal. no fulus.

3. lesen ewan mati. nnti kena than polis saman RM 300.lg mahal. :D

4. sokong kenderaan awam. LOL!

it was a great experience though.

not that i never ride a bus to cs before but on a date??

surely never lah.

rasa mcm cita korea ok.

dhla muka ewan cam korea. haihhh. :P

btw, we watched Clash of The Titans

and it was stunning!!

the story is almost similar with -Percy Jackson and The Lightning Thief

but it is more action-packed yet caught ewan's attention too.

he said he never liked epic movie but this one sure different. :)

it's about the son of Zeus this time named Perseus.

nama pn mcm dkat2 ngn percy.haha~

there's also medusa in the movie but in a different way.

creepier than percy's version. euw!

uh, enough of story telling session.

u shud watch it!that's all i can say.
